Traffic –  Just came back to my flat after watching this movie – thanks to the positive vibrations this movie has given me, I would love to say some good words about this Emotional Traffic!!

Traffic, the latest malayalam movie Directed by Rajesh Pillai and scripted by Bobby-Sanjay team, travel through the real-life situations were many people had to play unexpected roles for a good cause.

Traffic starts with the day 16, September were all the main characters in the movie crosses a traffic junction . Who knows, they had to meet again for some unpredictable roles to play in their life. And there starts a journey from Ernakulam to Palakkad and you have to reach there in next 2 hours and the next 2 hours will make you sit on the seats by biting your nails…And it will haunt you even after you leave the theatre.

I don’t want to jump in to the detailed scene by scene review.

May be this is first time in a commercial movie police force has been shown as positively. No stereo typed characters.

I would say this is the best way to start a new  decade in Malayalam cinema. Multi-starrer and a true “emotional thriller”. say goodbye to new-bottled “Old wines”. No over-burden of Super/Mega/Giga/Terra star images.  No dirty jokes.

Superb acting by Anoop Menon, Chackochan, Sreenivasan, Rehman, Lena and Asif Ali. Excellent backgound scoring and Editing.

Even the song in the beginning was melodious and lovely.

Bobby-Snajay team has done a great job on delivering a wonderful script and Rajesh Pillai has made this to an awesome movie.

This is the one movie we all were waiting for. A movie, that talks about Today, with characters you can easily relate to.

Guys, watch it !!. Don’t wait for the DVD release, go to your nearest theater and watch it !!!

Just like the promos say, You can say NO to this movie, but if you say YES to this, it will change the history/future of Malayalam Cinema.
